Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to games and web services from Next Dimension Fun, LLC ("Next Dimension," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Some content requires sign-in with Google, Apple, or another supported provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Free, Paid, and Lifetime Access
Some WarpRacer levels may be available without sign-in. Additional levels may require an account, a one-time purchase, or a promotional entitlement.
A paid WarpRacer full-game unlock is intended to grant the signed-in account ongoing access to the paid WarpRacer web campaign and future upgrades to that campaign without an additional WarpRacer unlock fee. Access is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the account used at purchase or redemption.
Payments, Discounts, and Promo Codes
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, discounts, taxes, and availability may vary. Promotional codes, free access codes, and discounts may be offered at our discretion, may expire, may have redemption limits, and may be revoked if abused or obtained improperly.
Refunds
Digital purchases are generally final unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout. If something goes wrong with access to a paid game, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Player Conduct
Do not cheat, attack, scrape, reverse engineer for abuse, interfere with leaderboards, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use our services in a way that harms other players or our systems.
Ownership
Our games, code, art, music integration, characters, names, logos, and related content are owned by Next Dimension Fun, LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to play the games; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
Service Changes
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features as the games evolve. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access records and honor valid lifetime WarpRacer unlocks for the web campaign.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
