Next Dimension Fun, LLC ("Next Dimension," "we," "us," or "our") makes web games and interactive experiences, including WarpRacer. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices players have.
Information We Collect
When you play free levels without signing in, we may store local browser data such as settings, controller mappings, scores, and audio preferences on your device. When you sign in, we may receive account information from Google, Apple, or another sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, profile identifier, and authentication token.
If you opt in to game news, we record that preference so we can send occasional updates about Next Dimension Fun games. If you make a purchase, payment details are processed by our payment provider, such as Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
How We Use Information
- To let you play, save progress, and remember game settings.
- To connect leaderboard entries to a signed-in account using a public display name and redacted email.
- To provide purchased access, discounts, promotional access, customer support, and fraud prevention.

Leaderboard Display
Public leaderboard names are intended to show first name and last initial, not a full legal name. Email addresses shown on leaderboards should be redacted.

We share information with service providers that help us operate our games, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and payment processors. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect players and our services, or in connection with a business transfer.
Cookies and Local Storage
Our games may use browser local storage and similar technologies to remember settings, controller mappings, audio preferences, progress, and sign-in state. You can clear this data through your browser settings, though doing so may reset local preferences.
Your Choices
You can choose not to sign in and still play free content where available. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service is perfectly secure. We keep information as long as needed for gameplay, account access, purchases, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
